Clinique is giving away 100,000 free samples of their High Impact Mascaras. Now, this is working a little different than normal. You can sign up for a chance to win this mascaras from now through 2/25. After that, 100,000 will be chosen among all entries to get the free sample. So it is a sweepstakes but chances are pretty good since they are giving away so many.
