I'm not sure how the menu plan will go this week. We're kind of flying by the seat of our pants since the kids are out of school this week. However, I do have some sort of a plan.
Breakfast:
Cereal, Oatmeal, Toast, Scrambled Eggs
Lunches:
Various sandwiches and dinner leftovers
Dinners:
Monday:
Spinach Quiche
Pancakes
Sausage
Tuesday:
We'll be eating at a local Korean Restaurant in celebration of our daughter's 4th Gotcha Day! We do this every year to celebrate her adoption! :) You can read our adoption story HERE.
Wednesday:
Loaded Baked Potatoes with
Broccoli, sour cream, cheese, bacon
Salad
Homemade cinnamon rolls
Thursday:
Grilled pork chops
Pasta Salad
Salad
Deviled Eggs
Friday:
Mexican Rice
Corn
Fruit Salad
Saturday:
This day is up in the air as we might take off and go somewhere!
