Couponer Arrested for Stealing Newspapers

Since we talk so much about the ethics of couponing in our our Basics Of Coupons Class, I thought it was important to highlight the facts again.
Apparently, some couponers are still having issues determining what is legal and what is not.  I beg you...please DO NOT STEAL COUPONS (newspapers) and DO NOT COMMIT COUPON FRAUD!  You can go to jail or be fined more than what you originally thought you were going to save.  Besides that, you will gain a new reputation that will follow you the rest of your life!  IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!  And if you're a regular reader of this blog YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE...I've covered this topic at least 3 times in the last year covering what is and what isn't legal.
